The grand opening of Dragon Burn 2018 commences this Saturday at Un Caffe on Jiangning Lu. Starting from noon, enjoy festivities handpicked by theme camps and artists.

We had a stellar influx of arts project applications — 23 so far and hundreds of people checked it out. However, we’re hungry for more and there is still some grant fund up for grabs.
